Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a rezoning from R-1 zoning to a Planned Development for an 11.9 acre property addressed as 1004 S Interstate 25.

A public hearing into said application will be held before the Planning Commission on
Dec. 10, 2020 at 6 p.m. and at Town Council on Jan. 5, 2021 and Jan. 19, 2021 at 6 p.m. (Times are approximate). All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.

Planning Commission Public Hearing Instructions
Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045, as approved by Town Council, a virtual public hearing on said application will be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday, Dec. 10 at 6 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held remotely with no in-person attendance. If you would like to participate in the Planning Commission public hearing, please use one of the options below:

Project Description
The application proposes to rezone the property to a Planned Development. The Planned Development Plan proposes that 9.36 acres of the property to be allow development of light business uses. The proposed light business uses include but are not limited to office, retail, commercial warehousing, and light industrial. The Plan Development Plan proposes 2.39 acres of open space, with the remainder of the property to be dedicated as public right-of-way.
