Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan (SDP) for A Portion of Lot 1, Seller’s Landing to be Known as Lot 1, Greystone Villas Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado. The application is for a 5-unit townhome development on approximately 1 acre, currently vacant land, located at 1101 S. Gilbert St.

Previous neighborhood meetings regarding the SDP proposal occurred on July 30, 2019 (in-person), June 18, 2020 (virtual), and on Oct. 1, 2020 (virtual).

Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045 as approved by Town Council, a virtual public hearing on said application will be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2020 at 6 p.m. Public comments are encouraged.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held remotely with no in-person attendance. If you would like to participate in the virtual public hearing, please use any of the following options:
  • To attend the virtual public hearing by computer or phone, please follow the Instructions in the Planning Commission agenda. The Planning Commission agenda can be accessed by clicking “View Current Agenda Packet” at https://crgov.com/2190/Planning-Commission. The agenda for the Oct. 22, 2020 Planning Commission hearing will be posted no later than close of business Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020.
