The Castle Rock Police Department consists of 80 sworn police officers, 32 civilian employees, and is supported by approximately 30 volunteers. The department operates within four main divisions - Investigations, Patrol, Special Operations, and Support Services.
The members of the Castle Rock Police Department place a special emphasis on community policing as we strive to provide the highest quality law enforcement services possible. Castle Rock has received numerous awards and recognition as being one of the safest communities in Colorado as well as national recognition as one of the best places to live and raise a family.
